Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the garment in its original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
